These terms apply to your use of the Nationwide Migration and Education website and to the consultations and services you book through it. Please read them before using the site or booking with us.
In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Nationwide Migration and Education, a registered business name of The Trustee for Nationwide Consulting Family Trust, ABN 75 101 041 932.
Immigration assistance is provided by Suman Dua, Registered Migration Agent, MARN 1800859, who is also a New Zealand Licensed Immigration Adviser, Licence No. 202600739.
Our registered office is 320 Adelaide Street, Brisbane QLD 4000. We also have offices in Sydney and Melbourne, by appointment only.
By using this website, submitting an enquiry or booking a consultation, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you use the site is the version that applies.
We are a private migration consultancy. We are not affiliated with the Australian Government or the Department of Home Affairs. We do not sell, issue or provide visas of any kind.
All visa decisions are made solely by the Department of Home Affairs. We cannot guarantee any visa outcome, and we cannot influence or speed up how the Department processes an application.
We do not find or arrange employers or sponsors. Employer-sponsored visas require you to already have a genuine job offer from an eligible sponsoring business.
Everything on this website is general information. It is not personal migration advice and it does not take your circumstances into account.
Migration law, visa criteria, occupation lists, income thresholds, fees and processing times change frequently and often without notice. While we take care to keep this site accurate and check it against official sources, we cannot warrant that every page is current at the moment you read it.
Do not rely on this website alone to make a decision about your migration matter. Always confirm your position with us, or check the current requirements at immi.homeaffairs.gov.au.
Consultations are booked and paid for through our website. The fee for each consultation type is shown at the time of booking. Consultations are by appointment only, including at our offices.
If you need to change or cancel a consultation, please give us as much notice as you reasonably can so we can offer the time to someone else. Our cancellation and refund terms are set out at the time of booking and in your booking confirmation.
A consultation is an assessment and advice session. It is not an engagement to prepare or lodge an application. If you decide to proceed with us, we will provide a separate written services agreement setting out the work, our fees and disbursements, before we start acting for you.
As required by the Migration Agents Code of Conduct, we provide a written services agreement before we act for you, other than for an initial consultation. That agreement sets out the scope of the work, our fees and disbursements, and how we will keep you informed.
Where a services agreement applies to your matter, it prevails over these terms to the extent of any inconsistency.
The quality of our advice depends on the accuracy and completeness of what you tell us. You agree to:
We are not responsible for outcomes caused by information you did not disclose, or by documents provided late or not at all.
We do not guarantee that any application will be approved, or that it will be decided within any particular timeframe. Those decisions belong to the Department of Home Affairs and, on review, to the Administrative Review Tribunal.
Under the Code of Conduct we must not provide immigration assistance that has no realistic prospect of success. If we assess that your matter has no realistic prospect, we will tell you.
Our professional fees are separate from government charges. Visa application charges, nomination fees, the Skilling Australians Fund levy, skills assessment fees, English test fees, health examination costs and police check fees are set by the Department of Home Affairs or third parties, are payable in addition to our fees, and can change without notice.
Any government fee or income threshold shown on this website is included as general information and may have changed since it was published.
This website links to and embeds third party content, including government websites, video content and review widgets. We do not control that content and are not responsible for it. A link is not an endorsement.
The content of this website, including text, layout, graphics and logos, is owned by us or used under licence. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. You may not reproduce, republish or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, and subject to the paragraph above, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website, or from your reliance on general information published on it, other than to the extent caused by our negligence or breach of our obligations to you.
We hold professional indemnity insurance as required of registered migration agents.
If you are unhappy with our service, please tell us first. Contact us in writing using the details below and we will review the matter and respond to you in writing.
You can also complain to the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority at any time, and you do not need our permission to do so. The full complaint process, and your rights, are set out on our Code of Conduct page.
Privacy complaints are handled under our Privacy Policy.
We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
