At Nationwide Migration, we understand that choosing the right education pathway in Australia is one of the most important decisions for your career and future. We are proud to assist onshore students, those already in Australia, with comprehensive education and course admission services, from guidance in course selection to seamless admission into Higher Education or Vocational Education and Training (VET) institutions.
Our services are exclusive to onshore students. We are not currently extending our service to offshore applications, allowing us to provide personalized and localized support to students who are already in Australia.
Watch this short video to learn about Australian trade courses in high demand, and how we help students apply for admission into these pathways.
Not sure which course is right for you? Our education team will assess your background, interests, and goals, and talk through the courses and institutions that may suit your future plans.
At Nationwide Migration and Education, we provide personalised education and course admission support to help you find the right pathway for your study and migration goals.
Higher Education in Australia is internationally recognised and offers pathways for academic advancement and professional careers.
VET courses are skill-focused and provide practical training for students seeking employment opportunities or migration-relevant qualifications.
We do not provide generic recommendations; every step is customised to your profile.
We prepare your application carefully so nothing holds it up unnecessarily.
We align your study plan with the visa options that may be open to you later.

We can assist with your visa application preparation, from course enrolment to lodgment and guidance on your study and migration options. The decision on your visa is made by the Department of Home Affairs, and the decision on your admission is made by the education provider.
We work in the best interest of our clients. We assess your:
Then we set out the courses and institutions that match your objectives, and explain how each sits against the migration options that may be relevant to you. Suman Dua, our Registered Migration Agent (MARN 1800859), can also help you plan for pathways like the Temporary Graduate Visa (Subclass 485) and permanent residence, where you are eligible.
Check the conditions attached to your own visa on the Department's visa conditions tool.
Admission to a course can take 4 weeks to several months depending on the provider.
Visa processing times are set by the Department of Home Affairs and vary depending on whether you have applied for a VET course, higher education or a research degree, and whether you applied onshore or offshore. No migration agent can influence or speed them up. You can check the current times on the global visa processing times page.
We recommend starting your application at least 6 months before your intended start date, but we can also handle last minute applications.
All international students must meet the English language requirements for both course admission and visa eligibility.
The Department requires the test to take place in a secure testing centre, and does not accept tests delivered completely online, also known as remote-proctored or at-home tests. The Department lists these as examples of online tests it does not accept: CELPIP Online, IELTS Online, LANGUAGECERT Academic Online, MET Digital taken at home, OET@Home and TOEFL iBT Home Edition.
The English language tests approved for Australian visa purposes changed on 7 August 2025, so check the current list on the Department's English language requirements page before you book a test.
