Whether you are a Brisbane employer who needs to sponsor skilled overseas talent, or a skilled worker hoping to be sponsored, employer-sponsored visas are our specialty. Nationwide Migration and Education's registered migration agents manage the full process: sponsorship, nomination and visa, for the 482, 186 and 494 visas, and plan your pathway through to permanent residency.

Sponsoring an overseas worker is a three-step process with ongoing obligations, and we make sure you are on the right visa and the right pathway from the start.
Employer-sponsored visas are technical. The wrong stream, an occupation caveat, a salary below the market rate, or a missed Labour Market Testing window can sink an application. As Brisbane-based registered migration agents who do this work daily, we catch these issues before they cost you time and money.
It is not mandatory, but the 482, 186 and 494 process is technical and involves sponsorship, nomination and visa stages plus ongoing employer obligations. A registered agent reduces the risk of refusal and keeps everyone compliant.
Yes. A lawfully operating Brisbane business can become a Standard Business Sponsor and nominate a skilled worker for a 482 or 186 visa (494 is for positions in regional areas, which excludes metro Brisbane).
The 186 Employer Nomination Scheme is permanent. The 482 leads to the 186, and the 494 leads to permanent residency via the 191 visa after 3 years.
It depends on the visa, whether the employer is already an approved or accredited sponsor, and processing times. We give you a realistic timeline at your consultation.
