Nationwide Migration and Education is a private migration consultancy registered with the Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA) under MARN 1800859 (Suman Dua). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or part of the Australian Government. All visa decisions are made solely by the Department of Home Affairs.

2. Use of Website

This website provides general information about migration and education-related services. All content is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal or migration advice. For advice tailored to your individual circumstances, please book a consultation with one of our registered migration agents.

3. Our Services

Nationwide Migration and Education provides professional migration consulting services including eligibility assessments, visa application preparation, document assistance, and lodgment support. Our services are limited to professional advice and application preparation. We do not issue, sell, or provide visas of any kind.

4. Visa Outcomes

Nationwide Migration and Education does not guarantee visa approval or any particular migration outcome. All visa decisions are made solely by the Department of Home Affairs. Engaging our services does not ensure or imply a successful visa outcome. Our registered migration agents will provide professional advice and prepare the strongest possible application based on your circumstances, but the final decision rests entirely with the Department of Home Affairs.

5. Consultations and Bookings

Consultations are provided by qualified professionals and Registered Migration Agents (RMAs) registered with MARA. Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Service fees may vary based on individual circumstances and visa complexity. We do not process DIY or ongoing applications started independently by the client without prior agreement.

6. Professional Fees

Our professional service fees are separate from and in addition to any government visa application charges payable to the Department of Home Affairs. All fees will be clearly communicated to you prior to engagement. By proceeding with our services, you acknowledge and agree to the fees outlined in your service agreement.

7. Code of Conduct

Nationwide Migration and Education operates in accordance with the Migration Agents Code of Conduct as prescribed by the Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA). A copy of the Code of Conduct is available at www.mara.gov.au/tools-for-registered-agents/code-of-conduct.

8. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

We are committed to providing professional and ethical services. If your complaint remains unresolved, you may refer it to the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA) at www.mara.gov.au in accordance with the Migration Agents Code of Conduct.
