1. Can the Business Be a Sponsor?
Your employer can usually become aStandard Business Sponsorif it:
Is alawfully operating business(in Australia)
Hasno adverse informationagainst it (e.g. no history of false information or non-compliance)
Can show it has thefinancial capacityto employ you for the nomination period at the market rate
Attests tonon-discriminatory recruitment
