Anyone seeking Tasmanian nomination for a subclass 491 Skilled Work Regional or subclass 190 Skilled Nominated visa must now first register in the Application Gateway. They have also clarified that to claim gold or green attributes related to employment, the role must be skilled ANZSCO Skill Level 1, 2, or 3. The next nomination selection round for Victoria will take place in January 2023.

Western Australia has not been given any additional seats and has a total of 8140 seats for this financial year. We have noticed that the State has recently issued 5000 invites and has already sent about 16000 invites for this year. This may have happened because many invites would have been wasted, and applicants may not have lodged nomination applications for many previous invites.
